it goes the same to me, my heart were beating so fast, my hands were shaking and my mind went blank - mostly because I did not expect at all in seeing you here, in Toronto, casually doing grocery shopping right in front of my eyes.
I am sorry for being so rude, for not introducing myself and for blabbering english the whole entire time - I hope you will not hate the language even more.(｡´╹A╹｀｡)

your english is good actually, like you do not have those japanese accent when you speak english. I adore how you answer my question in a very straight way, like when I asked "what are you doing here" and you replied "I'm doing grocery shopping". I appreciate how you actually guide me to the side of the aisle in order to not blocking people's way and patiently interacting with me the whole time. that's very considerate of you.ヾ（*⌒ヮ⌒*）ゞ

I am not your greatest fan - I know there are people out there who knows your journey from the beginning when you were a little, the first time you perform in Canada and who supports you during the earthquake.
I am just one of the lucky ones - who encounter one of the best figure skating of all time - the one who snatched all the golds in one season, the one who broke the world record score during the winter olympic, and the one that inspires people to achieve your dream and desires and to not give up. I can assure you that I will always support you in the future! (づ｡◕‿‿◕｡)づ

one last thing is, I gotta thank you for your Hana ni Nare performance. I remember when I saw it the very first time, I was not in my best condition emotionally. Your performance and the song just harmonize well together - creating a beautiful piece of program that touch my heart and my spirit. It cheers me up and get me going. I was so upset for not being able to tell you in person how enchanted the program is, and how dear it is to me.

If by any chance we met again in the future I will drag you to try the best poutine in toronto! just because you must!!!

Study break

It's been a dreadful weeks and I finally get my break!“ヽ(´▽｀)ノ”
well, not really...it's because of the easter this year is on the middle of April, thus it's kind of interfering with U of T exam schedule

I HAVE FRIGGIN 14 DAYS BREAK BEFORE MY LAST EXAM
BUH!(╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻

I think i should've not complain... and embraced the time that i have now to procrastinate study for the last exam hehe...
but i think i deserve a little break, yes?〜(￣▽￣〜)

I've been catching up with some movies and TV shows

Captain America: The Winter Soldier was on the top of my list
I managed to see it midnight on IMAX 3D and I have to say - good job Marvel!
I won't giving up any spoilers here other than Steve Rogers is still a hottie with a strong sense of justice(/∇＼*)｡o○♡
AND I am torn in shipping either blackwidow x hawk eye or blackwidow x cap'n haha

do you know what's reaallllyyy interesting about this movie though?
first and foremost: make sure you spot Stan Lee cameo in this movie! it's hilarious!
second: scene where Steve write down all the stuff he has to catch up 'while he was napping'
because apparently the lists are different in different countries (or so I heard)

I know...I know it's all about politics and stuff - not a bang bang actions

give it a try, 1-2 episodes and you'll understand why it's interesting

I think i should finish this season later today and back on studying on wednesday!

I can't concentrate on studying when these kind of TV shows or books occupying my minds! lol

I gotta say i miss reading, a lot! but when I started to read books, I couldn't stop!

It's even worse than watching TV shows since I do have tons of books on my lists now - and I know for sure once i start, I will not stop

I have this weird habit before I do my exam or turn in my final paper(s)

yup, i always have to dress up I don't know why...

It's just boost my confidence - the same like when you're having a presentation

I think when you walk into the exam hall, you smell good, you look good and put up together

it shows that you are ready for the 'battle' (ง •̀_•́)ง

OH! and I need to eat chocolate before the test - always since high school

I know it's a superstitious thing - but hey sugar rush does work!

my birthday this year came in the midst of final papers, final presentations and final project

so i have to say, I don't really have time to celebrate (▰˘︹˘▰)

I've got a midnight surprise though!

The cake... omg I can't....it's sooooo goooooddd i can't even explain...it's not even a cake not even cheesecake, I don't know what it is...it's a vanilla flavour cotton fluff wrapped around with macaroons! ♥(✿ฺ´∀`✿ฺ)ﾉ

After I ate the cake and savouring it, my bf and siblings asked me to come upstairs to the balcony.

I refused at first since I was in the middle of writing my final essay, and I don't want my ideas to disappear. But they insisted - and I'm glad I give in

so....The last time i watched tangled, I mentioned to my bf that their lantern scene is lovely

AND YOU KNOW WHAT I'VE GOT?!

yup! my very own lantern that i can light up and wrote my wishes on! ☆*･゜ﾟ･*\(^O^)/*･゜ﾟ･*☆

too bad it was too windy that night, I could only light up one - I'm saving up the rest for later in the summer or any other special occasions!

That's all that I did for my birthday this year....I continue to work on my school stuffs on that day

oh! why do I'm still up right now? it's because there's an ISU World Skating Gala

yes, yuzuru hanyu won, with +0.33 point difference - he's truly the ice prince

For the gala he performed my favourite Romeo and Juliette program

This gala is more entertaining than the olympics one

it's sooooo cute! there are some programs that are the same like olympics gala - like Javier Fernandez performance as SuperJ and Mao Asada's beautiful performance of Smile/What a wonderful world.

but this time, we have Mario! come on! it couldn't be more awesome than that!

Anyways, I'm gonna sleep now...it's almost 6AM here in Toronto

The Ice Prince

After the all-nighter on Monday, I had a good night 10 hours sleep with a normal schedule.

Woke up at 7 am feeling refreshed and ready to conquer the day!＼（＾▽＾）／

HOWEVER, that night I just remembered that the World Figure Skating Championship is starting.

This year's championship is being held at Saitama, Japan.

thus, the live streaming is started at 2AM in the morning all the way to 8AM

This is the new reason why I am still awake in dawn.

It's Yuzuru Hanyu, the sassy ice prince

for those of you who doesn't know him, he's the gold medalist of this year Sochi Winter Olympics

yes I know I supposed to cheer for Patrick Chan since I'm in Canada, but come on! yuzu's story made me sympathize with him more.

His hometown is in Sendai, and he was in a skating rink when the massive earthquake on 2011 struck japan. He thought he will not be able to skate again. however, the people from his hometown supported his dream and did a fundraising for him. He determined to win the olympic in order to give it back to his fangirls country. 

Watching his interview makes me wanna hug him (っ˘̩╭╮˘̩)っ

His skating tells us story, esp his 'Romeo and Juliet' and 'Hana ni Nare' programs. It's so mesmerizing (ﾉ´ｰ`)ﾉ

Anyways, enough of background story of Yuzuru. I'm no good in retelling this kind of story, you should read/watch it yourself haha.

So, this morning short program, Yuzuru fell on his quad toe Σ(ºДº|||) Σ(ºДº|||) Σ(ºДº|||) 

OMG I had a heart attack! This is his parisien walkway program, he always did it perfectly, he even break the world record score on the olympic with the same program!

I can't wait for the free skate program to start on friday morning!

I don't do weekends!

Weekend just doesn't exists in this time of the year!
I spent last week more with my group members  and my laptop and my papers than with my siblings or bf or even my phone!

Everything is due - my mind doesn't remember days or date anymore. I just remember 3 days from now this final paper due, 4 days from now this presentation due and so on...
my brain is like a time bomb counting down to explode ((유∀유|||))

don't get me start on my sleeping schedule... it's getting worse
I'm doing an all-nighter as I'm writing this blog
not because I haven't finish it, but because I'm too nervous for my final presentation gaaahh

I think the only 'break' that I got last week was last friday night
After my group meeting, my bf picked me up on campus and we went to this vegan restaurant called The Loving Hut. No we are not a vegetarian, it's just he's giving up meat for easter fasting thingy. So, we've been trying to find a vegetarian restaurant around Toronto, it's a good change as well!
They do serve this fake meat made from soy kinda thing though - the texture is kind of similar but it's weird still ｢(ﾟﾍﾟ)

OH! I'm also addicted to this app called QuizUp
they have so many quiz on almost about everything! My top score so far is from disney and harry potter - OF COURSE LOL
I'm waiting for them to release Sherlock category!

also! i changed my phone case to this nerdy hello kitty case

cute right! i looovee the bow especially!!!(‘∀’●)♡

now, excuse me, I have to memorize my script for the presentation tomor... er, no... 9 hours from now

Happy First Day of Spring!!!

the weather has been gloomy lately (.﹒︣︿﹒︣.)
this morning was even worse - it was snowing/windy/slushie/raining all at once
I genuinely think that Elsa hasn't come back from her trip with Olaf our spring this year is just going to be short, wet and snowing at the same time.

What frustrates me the most is, it is really hard to decide on what to wear!
Like, it is windy but it's kinda hot but it's chilly and damp as well (・_・ヾ
I guess I couldn't put away the winter jackets yet!

To freshen up my mood, I decided to cut my hair!
If any of you find me in another social media, you guys must be familiar of this picture that i took last weekend

now zoom in to the ends of my hair! OMG it looks dull and dry Σ(ಠิωಠิ|||)
I used to bleach the ends when ombre hairstyle was in, but I didn't take care of it, well hello split ends!

On this past year, I've been going to Kamiya Hairdressing and asked for specific stylish named Hiro-san.
He's super friendly, and really eager in explaining what's the best for my hair in his broken mix english-japanese and hand motion language.
At the end of the treatment, he always gave me tips and trick on how to get the perfect curl, or blow drying method and styling my hair into 'kawaii' (he refers it as younger, fresh looking hairstyle) or 'kirei' (elegant, mature hairstyle). 

He never disappoints me! too bad he's only gonna be here for 2 years though (´＿｀。) once his working permit is done, he's outta here. I really hope he'll marry someone canadian and stay here! It's so hard to find awesome hairstylist like him (∩︵∩)

He cut away the remainder of the bleached-ends and framed my face with side bangs!

I attended Comicon in the beginning of March

For those of you who doesn't know what comicon is....

it's basically a convention where all the comic lovers meet up and fangirling shares their interest in comics or the movie-based-on-comic or TV shows or their fan arts

I am not an avid comic readers

I didn't know The Avengers were based on comic books

but I do have a really good reason why I wanted to attend Comicon this year!

the ticket cost $25 to get into the Convention Centre
